Can an owner book for two pets?

They book once per pet so each gets the right time.

Can I run a mobile grooming van?

Yes. Ask for the address on the form and leave travel time as buffer.

Is a free grooming booking form enough for pet groomers in Kenya?

For most small pet groomers, yes. You get 250 form submissions and 100 bookings free every month; after that, $5 buys 2,000 more submissions or 500 bookings, and packs never expire. Prices on your page can be in KES.

Does the form follow the Data Protection Act 2019?

The form collects only the questions you add and shows your consent line. Following the Data Protection Act 2019 is still your job: ask only what you need, say why, and link your privacy notice.

Can I write the form in English?

Yes. Questions, options and the thank-you message are free text, so you can write them in English and Swahili.

What to put on a grooming booking form in Kenya

Owner's name
Email
Pet's name, breed and size
Vaccinations up to date? (yes / no)
Behaviour notes (nervous, bites, matted coat)
Service (bath / full groom / nails)
Phone, in the local format (for example +254 712 345678)
Preferred language (English and Swahili)
Consent: "I agree to the pet groomer using these details for my booking, as set out in the privacy notice (the Data Protection Act 2019)"

Show the price as text on the booking page, for example "KSh 2,000 for a full groom for a small dog, pay by M-Pesa and card". CalendarForm does not take payment itself, so customers pay you the way they already do in Kenya.

What pet groomers usually let customers book

Bath and tidy (small dog): a 1-to-1 appointment, 60 min
Full groom (large dog): a 1-to-1 appointment, 120 min
Nail trim: a 1-to-1 appointment, 15 min

CalendarForm lets a pet groomer take bookings by service and size, and collect the pet details you need before the dog or cat arrives: breed, weight, vaccinations and temperament.

Use separate services for small and large dogs.

Add a buffer to clean the table between pets.

Ask about temperament so you can plan the session.

Nationally, the Data Protection Act 2019 is Kenya's data law: tell people why you collect their details and get consent.

CalendarForm keeps each business's answers separate, lets you export them to CSV, and does not use them for anything else. Link your own privacy notice in the form's description.
