An online booking calendar is a page where customers see your open times and book one themselves. CalendarForm gives every business one booking page with all its services, both 1:1 appointments and group classes. It is free for 250 form submissions and 100 bookings every month, then $5 per pack (2,000 submissions or 500 bookings) with no subscription.
How it works in CalendarForm
- One page at calendarform.bobwork.ai/your-name lists your services with length and price.
- Customers pick a day, see only the open times (and spots left for classes), and book with their name and email.
- Bookings are checked at the moment they are saved, so the same time cannot be sold twice.
- Confirmation email with a cancel link, and a reminder about 24 hours before.
- Your dashboard shows upcoming and past bookings; cancel one and the customer is emailed.
