Class booking with a timetable and spot limits

A class booking system puts your weekly timetable online so people reserve a spot, and stops sign-ups when a class is full. CalendarForm does class booking with a capacity per class and "spots left" shown to customers. It is free for 250 form submissions and 100 bookings every month, then $5 per pack (2,000 submissions or 500 bookings) with no subscription.

How it works

How it works in CalendarForm

  1. Create a class, set its length and the number of spots, and enter start times per weekday (for example Mon 07:00, 18:30).
  2. Customers see each class with the spots left; a full class stops taking bookings.
  3. Attach a health or waiver form so new people fill it in while they book.
  4. Members get an email confirmation with a cancel link, which frees the spot, and a reminder about 24 hours before.
  5. Time off (for example a public holiday) hides every class in that period.

FAQ

Questions

How many people can book one class?

You set it per class, from 1 to 500 spots.

Does a class booking use the same allowance as appointments?

Yes. Each spot booked is one booking: 100 free every month, then $5 for 500.

Do classes block my 1:1 appointment times?

No. Classes and 1:1 appointments are scheduled separately.

Is there a waitlist?

Not yet. When a spot is cancelled it opens again for anyone to book.
