How we checked
  • We opened each vendor's product and pricing pages on 31 October 2026 and list only AI features we could see described there.
  • Prices are the vendor's own; where a page was unclear we say so.
  • We make CalendarForm, so it is listed first and marked as ours. The rest are in no particular order.

FAQ

Questions

What is the best AI booking app for a small business in 2026?

It depends on what you book. For 1:1 meetings Calendly and Cal.com are strong. For studios, gyms, tutors and clinics that need classes, staff and intake forms, CalendarForm (ours) covers that free up to 100 bookings a month, with an MCP server so AI assistants can book.

Can ChatGPT or Claude book appointments?

Yes, through MCP. Calendly launched an MCP server in October 2026, SavvyCal includes MCP on paid plans, and CalendarForm runs one at /mcp that any MCP client can use to check times and book.

Is Clockwise still available?

No. Clockwise's own site says the product shut down on 27 March 2026.

Which AI calendar is free?

Reclaim, Cal.com, Calendly and CalendarForm have free plans, but their AI features differ: Calendly's AI assistant and notetaker are paid add-ons, Cal.ai is billed per minute, and CalendarForm includes its AI setup and MCP server on the free plan.
