CalendarForm
Why we built it

Booking software should cost nothing in a quiet month

Most small businesses run bookings through WhatsApp messages, a Google Form and a timetable on the wall. The tools that replace this charge per staff member every month, or cap submissions and sell the rest as a higher plan.

What we saw

A yoga studio with three teachers pays for three seats on a scheduling app, then pays again for a form builder to collect waivers, and again for reminders. A tutor with twenty students a month pays the same as one with two hundred. When a month is quiet, the bill is not.

What we built

  • One booking page for appointments, group classes and staff, with your intake form built into each booking.
  • Free every month for 250 form submissions and 100 bookings, with every feature on.
  • Past that, $5 packs that never expire. No subscription, no per-seat fee, nothing to cancel.
  • Setup from your website in about two minutes, using AI to read your services and hours.

What is not there yet

Card payments at booking, two-way Google or Outlook calendar sync, and SMS or WhatsApp reminders are on the roadmap. We would rather say so than let you find out after signing up.

FAQ

Questions

Who makes CalendarForm?

BobWork, a company that builds software for small businesses. CalendarForm runs on Cloudflare and sends email through Resend.

Why is there no subscription?

Booking volume goes up and down. With prepaid packs that never expire, a quiet month costs nothing and a busy month costs $5 per 500 extra bookings.

Will the free plan stay?

Yes. 250 form submissions and 100 bookings every month is the core of the product, not a trial.

Try it on your business

Free for 250 form submissions and 100 bookings every month.
