Table reservations for restaurants and cafés, free to start
CalendarForm lets a restaurant take table reservations online: guests pick party size, time and area, and each reservation holds the smallest table that fits for your turn time. Upload a photo of your floor plan and AI lists the tables for you to check. There are no per-cover fees: 100 reservations a month are free, then $5 for 500.

- Set the turn time per service: a 90-minute dinner and a 60-minute lunch can share the same tables.
- Give each table a minimum and maximum party so a couple never takes the six-seater.
- Add areas such as Main room, Terrace or Private room, and let guests pick one or "anywhere".
- Keep a few tables switched off for walk-ins.
- Put the booking link in your Google Business Profile and Instagram bio.

Questions
Does CalendarForm charge per cover?
No. There are no cover or commission fees. 100 reservations a month are free, then $5 buys 500 more, and packs never expire.
Can AI read my floor plan?
Yes. Upload a photo or drawing of the room and AI lists the tables with their labels, shapes and seats. In our tests it found every table and its label; seat counts need a quick check, so you confirm them before saving.
Can guests choose where they sit?
Yes, by area: for example Main room, Terrace or Private room. The system then seats them at the smallest free table that fits in that area.
Can I take deposits?
Not yet. Card payments at booking are on the roadmap.
Can AI assistants book a table?
Yes. CalendarForm runs an MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants can check times for a party size and reserve a table.
